Oliver was rescued on a rainy night by a kind lady who brought him to Buffalo CARES to find his forever home. He is an all black cat, approximately 5 years old, and is neutered. He is a cuddle bug and loves to nuzzle his foster mom; he would sit on her lap all day long if he could. Oliver lives with other cats and a dog in his foster home. He gets along just fine with his foster siblings (even the dog), but of course wouldn't mind being the only kitty to get all of your attention!  This sweet boy is very affectionate and is not shy about giving kitty head bumps or asking for attention.
