Hi my name is Onyx. I am a 4 year old black German Shepard. My whole life I lived in a kennel used for breeding. Thankfully I was saved, but now I am learning everything from scratch. I am house broken and crate trained. I walk great on a leash too. When I first got to my foster moms house I had no idea what stairs were , the feeling of grass, what a house was and I have no idea what the concept of a toy is. I am looking for a home where I will be given patience and lots of opportunities to experience new things. I am a lover and need to be shown how to be a dog again and what the purpose is for me outside of breeding. I made a visit to the beach and for the first time went swimming, climbed rocks (which I absolutely love doing) and met new dog friends both big and small as well .
