My name is Chet and I came to Buffalo to find my happy ever after home. I’m named after a funny, loveable movie character, Chester Ripley from the Great Outdoors. My foster mom named me this because she said I’m a funny, loving goofball that’s short and stocky. As the resident movie star, I enjoy attention and lots of head and belly rubs, but when not in the spot light you’ll find me taking a nap. Naps are the next best thing to making my mom laugh.
I live with three other dogs who I likes to play with, and I do listen when the older dogs tell me “that’s enough”. We have two cat’s in the family too but they don’t like to be bothered with me.
My mom is still teaching me manners and I'm working hard on learning. I’m potty and crate trained.  I walk nice on the leash and love to sit next to my humans.
