Hey there! My name is Domitilla but you can call me Domi. I am 6 months old and am a petite 20lbs. I was rescued by this awesome lady in the Bahamas before I made my journey up to Buffalo. My current  foster home has one other dog and a 10 year old child. I just adore my foster K9 sibling and the little human! I will follow them all over the house. I love, love, love people! I love every single person I come in contact with and am not scared of anyone, even strangers. I think everyone wants to be my friend. Honestly, can you blame them? Look how cute I am!

I absolutely love affection & attention! You can hold me, cuddle with me or just let me lay on your lap and I will fall asleep. I am an aspiring lap dog and am quite good at it already.
My crate training is coming along nicely. I will go in my crate if a treat is involved. Once in the crate, I may whine for a minute or two because I want to be with you but settle right in and sleep through the night.

I am working hard on my house manners and am an expert with the “sit” command. My other commands are coming along quickly as well. My foster parents said I am really smart and training has been easy.

Potty training isn’t that difficult for me either. After only a few days, with a consistent potty schedule, I have hardly had any accidents in the house. With a little more time, there won’t be any! I promise! I have never had an ‘accident’ while in my crate.

When I need a little ‘me time’, I just grab one of my elk antlers to chew on and find a cozy spot to think about how lucky the family who adopts me will be.
