Sammy (Samantha) is a beautiful girl who came to Buffalo CARES as an owner surrender, her owner recently passed away. Sammy is 10 years old and her favorite place to hang out is on your lap. Sammy is currently living in a foster home with 3 cats and 5 dogs - ranging in size from 7 lbs to 65 lbs. She ignores the cats and play bows with all the other dogs in the house. She has not yet re-learned how to play but she is making strides every day and the interaction with the She walks well on leash and is fully trust-worthy in the house. Sammy was not let out to use the yard for her bathroom duties at her last home and she is working hard on her housebreaking. She does well on a regular schedule. Sammy is a super lovable pup that deserves to have a great home to spend her remaining years. She would be a perfect lap dog for anyone who has a lap waiting for a pup to fill. Sammy's adoption fee is $225. All dogs come fully up to date on shots, microchipped, heart worm tested, de-wormed, on flea and heart worm preventative, and spayed/neutered.
