HELLO!! My name is Ozzy. I am a 6yr old male pure breed Rottweiler. I am on the small size but currently overweight. . I used to live on a dairy farm and was used to breed and make beautiful puppies, however that life is behind me now, thanks to Buffalo CARES. The next stage in my life, I am looking for a family that will love me as much as I love them. My favorite things to do are play with my balls, stuffed animals and hang out on the couch with the people I LOVE!! Give me 2.5 seconds to greet you and I will soon learn that you are not the mean people from my past but the sweet gentle people in my present. After I learn that, I tend to be persistent with trying to get you to pet me, and not STOP. Being petted and having my belly rubbed is the BEST thing in the world. I am not very treat motivated, unless you have cheese or chicken but will come when called if I know you are going to give me loving and rub my head. I am even learning, though my foster mom is crazy, I do love her KISSSES. I tease her and do not give many kisses, so when I do, she gets so excited and almost throws a party. 

I have learned a lot from my foster family and foster canine siblings. I am crate trained but my foster mom thinks that I am such a good boy, that at night and on a few occasions when she won't be gone long, I am allowed to hang out in the bedroom, which only has a baby gate on the door. I am also housebroken and walk well on a leash. I start training class on October 26th so that I can learn sit , stay and to lay down, the first time I am told.  I really like my foster canine sisters. They have taught me so much. I now realize people are good, getting rubs and kisses is a good thing and how to play. They have taught me that not all people, quick movements or loud sounds are bad and that even if I do something wrong, which I don't, It is ok. My people still love me. Will you be my new family?
