Hi there! My name is Darby and I am an approximately 8 month old Labrador retriever mix. I came to Buffalo from Ohio with the hope of finding my forever family.  I am a very active and lovable goofball. I love to run around and play with toys. Once I have burned off some energy, I love cuddling up with my foster family.  I currently live with my foster mom and dad, three foster brothers of the k9 variety, a bunny and a ferret.  I would do great in a home as an only pet or one that has an older dog that is able to show me the ropes!

I am a real people pleaser and very treat motivated! I am almost fully potty trained, I even go to the door when I need to go out! My foster family finds that very impressive! I am also doing a great job learning my basic commands! I mastered the “sit” command in a few days! I am still learning how to stay, give paw and come.  I am also working on my leash skills.  I am looking forward to finding my forever family, could it be you?
