Hello there - we are Lucio and Skippy!  We are a bonded pair of guinea pigs who were taken in by Buffalo CARES Animal Rescue.  We are some handsome boys with lots of love to share!  The gray speckled handsome fellow is me, Lucio.  The long haired brown and white, that is me, Skippy.  We have been set up in a proper environment with healthy food and lots of produce to get us back to peak condition!  We have new hideouts and a cool tunnel that we have learned are really fun to play in!  Lucio is the talker of us two and makes all sorts of adorable noises.  Skippy will require some extra TLC with grooming to keep those long flowing locks from becoming matted.  Although we may be skittish at first, we are friendly and can be handled gently.  We are not biters and like to be pet even when not being held.  Did we mention we love carrots too?!  These crunchy treats help keep our teeth healthy.  We even had our toenails trimmed which will need to be done regularly so that our toes don't curl.  Please fill out the application online if you think you could love us and spoil us!
