Harmony Fitness Training presents Fully Body Blast. An exercise program that combines resistance training, cardiovascular training, stretching and flexibility, fat burning, and muscle building components into one hour long class. Geared for all ages and skill levels, this class will push your limits while proving to you that exercise can be fun! Bring a water bottle, mat, and a set of handweights (optional)!
