I was a single mom who found myself in a shelter in North Carolina with my 4 baby girls.  Buffalo CARES brought me and my babes up to Buffalo to find out forever homes.   My foster mom named me Sabra because it means tough on the outside but sweet on the inside.   My puppies are pretty independent and slowly getting adopted to families of their own.  Now it is my turn to find my furever home!  I am a super social dog and I win people over with my "hugging" when I meet them.  I want to be where everyone else is and I prefer to be close.  I don't really see why I can't be a lap dog!  I am a snuggler and prefer to cuddle and nuzzle when I'm sleepy.  I am still a young girl and like playing, running and occasionally get the zoomies where I bolt through the house at top speed. I am crate trained and do well in there when home alone..  I'm housetrained as long as someone pays attention to my quiet clues at the door because I am not a barker.  I love other dogs, I am an excellent car rider and I like to have lots of toys to choose from!  I could really use someone who is willing to work with me on my manners and love me unconditionally!  I tried to type this myself, but I found it best to let my foster mom to work the keys as my nose kept pushing the wrong keys!
