Hi! My name is  Maggie , but my foster mom calls me  Maggie  Bear, because I’m super soft and snuggly like a teddy bear. I’m a 2 1/2-year-old  Bernese Mountain Dog. Let me start by telling you a little bit about me and my favorite things. First and foremost, I’m very loyal and love spending time with my human foster family. I’m extremely gentle and affectionate, even with the little toddlers that come over to the house. My 13 year-old foster sister brushes me every day and I just think it’s the best feeling ever. I’m pretty calm and love going on walks. The outside noises used to scare me, but now I’m so much braver. The snow, oh my goodness the snow, it’s so much fun! As  soon  as I see the snow, I get so excited and don’t even care if it’s cold. I will prance, roll, and dive into it head first. I also have a canine foster sister that is a bit smaller and more energetic than I am. She tries to play with me all the time but still respects my space. I’m just not there yet, but I do love to lay on the ground next to her for a nap. Sometimes she will pick up these things called toys that make noise and they make me a little nervous. But I do love to relax with a good bone. Some of my dislikes are loud noises, fast movements, and running water if it means bath time. Those things are still a bit scary, but I’m working on it. I’m a super smart girl and learn  quickly . I’m housebroken and crate trained as well. I’m just an easy-going girl that’s looking for my forever home. Could that be you?
