Hi Everyone – my name is Walter, it’s so great to meet you.  I’m glad you’re here to read about me.  I am a super handsome dog and am around two years old.  I’m a silly guy, always making everyone laugh – I like to sleep sideways!  I am on the smaller side – around 40lbs only – my foster dad says it’s just the perfect size!  I have been doing very well with learning my basic commands and have mastered “sit” and am making lots of progress on stay.  Whoever adopts me will be a very lucky family as I've already gotten a head start on my obedience training at a local training center.  At my first class my foster dad said "I rocked it".  I'm not sure what that means but I got lots of treats, so it's O.K. in my book!  My tail never stops wagging and I love attention from my humans.  I currently am being fostered with two female dogs and we get along very well.  I like to play and romp with one of them, and am respectful of the other who would prefer I admire her from a distance.  I am housebroken and am working on my crate training.  I hang out in my foster dads bedroom when no one is home to supervise me and I do very well – I don’t chew anything that isn’t mine and like to just hang out and nap on the bed (who doesn’t).  I love to run and play but also enjoy a nice nap in the sun.  Belly rubs are another one of my favorite things!  My foster dad says I'm a great dog just looking for my forever family – could it be you?

Walter’s adoption fee is $175 + $50 training deposit that is refunded upon proof of completion of an obedience course.
