Hi! My Name is Kendi (aka Tommy Bahama) - I was rescued by a wonderful lady in Nassau, Bahamas and Buffalo Cares! My life started out rough, living life on the streets.  Not anymore!  Now I get to play every day, go on walks, eat a ton of treats, and snuggle with my foster family. I live with my three foster huskies and two cats. Here’s the thing- I think cats are “play things” so I would prefer a forever family with no kitties, please.  I also do well with dogs that are similar in size or larger.

Right now, I’m working hard on learning about home life.  I'm learning to walk on a leash and am perfecting my manners.  I'm also learning to understand all of these new noises that living in a home brings! My foster parents say I’ve come a long way in a few short weeks and already they notice a difference! They say the more comfortable I get, the more relaxed I am. The best thing they say about me is I’m so good with all people. I love to snuggle and lay on people’s laps. Are you ready to snuggle with me?  Kendi's adoption fee is $225.
