Hi there!  My name is Fendi and I am an adorable 2 year old sheltie/shepard mix.  I came to Buffalo from the Bahamas where I lived on the streets.  I was taken care of by a very nice lady who knew I deserved a chance to find the perfect home. She reached out to the people at Buffalo CARES who decided to take me in and help me find my forever home.

I am an extremely lovable and happy dog.  I love to go for walks, lay on the couch and play with toys.  I typically play by myself. I have perfected tossing toys in the air and catching them.  My foster parents think it is hilarious when I do this.  Due to my size and playfulness, I would do best in a home without small children or small dogs.

I am working on learning how to transition from life on the streets to a home.  I am learning new things every day.  My foster family is very impressed with the progress I have made in such a short period of time. I am fully crate trained. I remain quiet in my crate throughout the night.  I am also showing a lot of progress with going to the bathroom outside! I will even run to the door when I have to go out! I am working on following basic commands and leash manners.  I would love to continue training and am looking for a forever family that continue to show me the ropes of the good life!  Could it be you?  Fendi's adoption fee is $225 + $50 training deposit that is refunded upon proof of completion of an obedience course.
