Hello! My name is Katie and I would like to apply for the opening you have within your home for a family dog. If you are looking for a loyal, loving, furry pet then you have found your girl. I have about 8 years of experience in being a dog so; you could say I’m an expert. I’m a 70 pound lab mix and my strengths are snuggling, looking at you with my sweet, droopy eyes and melting your heart. My weakness has to be food - but I mean, isn't it for all of us?  I love everything about it. My foster mom says that is OK though because she has the same weakness too. Plus, I still need to gain a few pounds so, it is acceptable. In my free time, I enjoy short walks & long naps. My laid-back, friendly attitude makes me the perfect dog for the rainy days when you want to stay in and watch movies or for the warm, sunny days when you want to go for a walk and then lay in the sunshine. I know you may have other candidates you are considering but I believe I am the best fit for the position. I am in my golden years and I promise I will make all of your years with me golden as well!
