URGENT: Help Penny – Foster or Adopter Needed  

This is Penny (formerly Sadie), a sweet, smart, and spirited 25-pound Welsh Terrier  pup who desperately needs your help. Penny is being returned through no fault of her own, and we are running out of time. 

Please read and share. You could be the lifeline Penny needs.

Penny is a spunky girl with lots of love to give, and if ever you’re having a bad day we promise she will put a smile on your face. She is a very pretty girl with some of the most striking colors highlighting her shiny coat.  Penny is crate trained, housebroken, and knows her basic commands. She's highly food motivated, making her a dream to train. She loves being outside, running around, playing fetch, and just being a dog. If you give her a bone, she’ll proudly bury it like it’s her greatest treasure—it's just one of her charming quirks.

She’s good on a leash and enjoys walks, though she does best when other dogs are at a distance. She  really & truly need to be your only 4-legged love in the home.  Penny’s ideal home would be one where she can have space, both physically and emotionally—she often prefers to retreat and rest on her own terms, and we respect that. Small children make her too excited with their fast movements so she would prefer NO small kids, please.

She doesn’t need perfection—she just needs a chance.

This little girl has so much life left to live, and we know there’s someone out there who can offer her the love, patience, and understanding she deserves.
